Replace the include that has several SPF records on Cloudflare
Why it matters
An included domain publishes more than one SPF record, which is a permanent error that breaks SPF for your domain as well. You cannot fix their record yourself.
Staged change. Do this in stages and check each one before the next, so a mistake does not break your site or your mail.
The fix
- The faulty record is in the provider's DNS, not yours. In the Cloudflare dashboard open DNS > Records only to edit or remove the include in your own SPF TXT record.
- If the included domain is another of your own domains in Cloudflare, open its DNS > Records, find the TXT records starting with v=spf1 and merge them into one.
